Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities for US Staffing requirements.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding and HR documentation.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Ability to work in night shift (US timings).
- Valuable coordination and organizational skill.
Qualification:
- Any Degree.
- MBA (HR) Preferred.
