Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic Bcom Freshers for the role of Associate Finance 2024 at our Chennai office. This is a full time position designed for individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience. Qualifications and Skills

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill) for data manipulation, analysis, and report generation.
- Familiarity with CRM Software (Mandatory skill) for effective client relationship management and tracking customer interactions.
- Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Competency in data analysis for interpreting financial data and deriving meaningful insights.
- Basic project management skills for assisting in planning, executing,



and closing finance-related projects.
- Adept at problem-solving with an ability to identify issues and propose viable solutions in financial processes.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts under the supervision of senior finance personnel.
