Designation Site Supervisor - Projects Location Jamnagar Gujarat Industry Civil Engineering - Infrastructure Projects Flood Control Dams Canals RCC Structures Experience 2 - 3 Years Salary 20 000 - 25 000 per month Negotiable based on experience About the Organization A reputed civil contracting firm engaged in executing large-scale infrastructure projects including flood control systems dam construction canal development and RCC structures in Jamnagar The organization works in collaboration with major industrial and government projects focusing on technical excellence safety and quality execution About the Role The Site Supervisor - Projects will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the execution of civil engineering projects on-site with a strong focus on quality control material management and assisting the Engineer-in-Charge in delivering projects as per technical specifications and schedules Key Role Objectives Check the quality of work on a day-to-day basis to ensure compliance with technical standards Maintain detailed stock registers for materials like cement steel excavation filling etc Prepare accurate measurement sheets carting registers and other site documentation Assist the Engineer-in-Charge in coordinating all project activities and site-level management tasks Ensure adherence to project work plans safety protocols and material usage standards Liaise with contractors workers and suppliers for seamless on-site operations Monitor daily progress and report any deviations or issues to the Engineer-in-Charge Basic Requirements Qualification Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Experience 2-3 years in civil site supervision especially in flood control dams canals and RCC structures Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and project documentation Proficient in preparing and maintaining stock registers measurement sheets and site reports Valuable knowledge of safety and quality control practices in construction Strong communication and coordination skills Based in or willing to relocate to Jamnagar Special Requirement Daily monitoring of work quality ensuring execution as per drawings and specifications Maintaining accurate material stock records and day-to-day site measurement documentation Supporting project management to ensure timely and quality project delivery Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Required Work Location In person
