About the Role We are looking for a senior, hands-on Product Owner / Delivery Manager who takes end-to-end responsibility for product features, from ideation through build, release, and live operation. This is a high-ownership role combining: Product Management Product Ownership Delivery&Release; Management The role sits close to the CTO Office and acts as the single point of accountability for product execution, timelines, quality, and stakeholder communication. You will plan, drive, and run releases, own the product roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide clear delivery reporting to leadership.The ideal candidate will be hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with strong ownership of delivery, quality, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Product&Feature; Ownership Own product features from concept→ delivery → post-release support Translate business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Take full accountability for scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes Balance new features, technical work, and fixes based on priority and impactDelivery&Release; Management Act as Delivery Manager for product initiatives and releases Plan, schedule, and run software releases end-to-end Coordinate engineering, QA, design, and business teams to ensure readiness Lead UAT planning and execution, including go/no-go decisions Manage live issues, defects, and hotfixes in coordination with engineeringEnsure predictable delivery through solid planning and execution discipline Product Ownership (Agile / Scrum) Act as Product Owner for one or more development teams Own, prioritise, and continuously groom the product backlog (Jira) Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement,



sprint reviews, and retrospectivesEnsure Agile/Scrum processes are followed with a strong delivery mindset Handle defect triage, prioritisation, and resolution tracking Roadmap&Prioritisation; Own and maintain the product roadmap Drive prioritisation decisions based on business value, urgency, and feasibility Align roadmap delivery with company goals and leadership expectations Clearly communicate trade-offs and sequencing decisions Stakeholder&CTO; Office Support Act as a bridge between leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams Provide transparent delivery reporting: progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines Support the CTO Office with execution tracking and delivery visibility Drive continuous improvements in product, delivery, and release processesEnsure stakeholders have confidence in delivery plans and outcomes Required Skills&Experience; Senior experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Manager Proven ownership of end-to-end product delivery and software releases Strong Agile/Scrum expertise with hands-on Jira usage Experience running UAT, release coordination, and live production support Excellent stakeholder communication and expectation managementComfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of ownership— you drive things to completion Nice to Have Experience working closely with a CTO or leadership team Background in scaling products or managing multiple concurrent releases Experience in SaaS, platform, or complex multi-team environmentsWhat This Role Is (and Is Not) Owns delivery end-to-end Plans and runs releases Drives roadmap and prioritisation Accountable for outcomes, not just tickets Not a passive backlog manager Not a junior PO Not a purely strategic role without execution ownership
