We are looking for a Marketing Lead who will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying the NMTronics brand. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution , driving impactful campaigns while leading and inspiring a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, creative, and empathetic , with the ability to translate ideas into powerful brand stories and measurable business outcomes. We are specifically looking for candidates with a solid technical/engineering background , who can effectively understand and market complex technology solutions across industries such as SMT, automation, solar, and EV. Key Objectives & Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and target audience across channels Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns—from concept to completion Analyze customer insights, campaign performance,



and market trends to continuously improve effectiveness Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design strong go-to-market strategies with structured proposals Drive lead generation initiatives through partnerships, customers, and vendors Manage and optimize existing marketing channels to achieve business objectives Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and ownership Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams Strong expertise in marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives Established media connections for PR and promotions Experience in vendor management and handling large-scale events Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in tools such as Adobe, Affinity, Corel, and MS Office Preferred Qualifications (B.Tech + MBA Mandatory) Engineering degree (B.Tech) with an MBA in Marketing or rela
