We are looking for someone who can raise capital, structure deals, and help scale a manufacturing business. Who This Role Is For You: Have raised capital before (₹1Cr+ ideally) Understand manufacturing / industrial business models Can talk to investors, not just manage accounts Know how to structure equity + debt smartly Are looking to build something, not just operate ⚖️ Compensation Flexible structure: Performance-driven (success fee + equity) If you can bring capital or invest personally, we’re open to structuring that as well.
