Job Title: BPO Sales Trainer Banking Process

Location: Mumbai Malad

Company: Teleperformance

Working Days: 6 Days (1 Fixed Weekly Off)

Shift: General Shift

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Education: Graduate not Mandy

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BPO Sales Trainer with a strong background in Banking/Collections processes. The ideal candidate should be able to train and upskill sales/collections teams, design training content, and drive performance improvement. DRA certification is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct sales and collections training for current hires and existing employees in the Banking BPO process.
- Deliver product, process, voice & soft skills training in a structured and effective manner.
- Develop, update, and manage training modules, assessments, and training calendars.
- Monitor training effectiveness using assessments, floor observations, and feedback sessions.
- Coach and mentor agents to improve sales conversion, compliance, and customer handling.
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.
- Ensure trainers and trainees adhere to process compliance, especially banking regulations.
- Prepare training reports, dashboards,



and performance insights for leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

- 25+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer in a BPO environment.
- Must have experience in Banking BPO / Collections / Financial Services process.
- DRA Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to engage learners and deliver training with high energy.
- Experience in training design, content development, and performance tracking.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, objection handling, and compliance rules.

Work Conditions

- Location: Teleperformance, Malad – Mumbai
- Shift: General shift (Day Shift)
- Workdays: 6 days a week
- Week Off: 1 fixed weekly off
- Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred
