The role involves managing and troubleshooting VDI environments, handling escalated support issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring seamless user experience for virtual desktop users. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with VDI solutions like Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Microsoft AVD, along with strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and IT service management.Key Responsibilities:VDI Management & Support:Installing, configuring, and maintaining Citrix XenApp/Desktop 7.15Strong background in Citrix administration and understanding of scripting.Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix Presentation Server, XenAppand XenDesktop. Have performed Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation.Performance tuning and optimizing server configurations for specific workloads.Client-side configuration of XenApp/Desktop and troubleshoot various user issues.Strong knowledge in Provisioning Services (PVS) with versioning, Machine Creation Services (MCS)XenDesktop including Delivery Controllers, Provisioning Services, StoreFront servers Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high-quality environment.Strong understanding of Load Manager, Resource manager,



Citrix Patch ManagementGood understanding on VDI technologies Azure Virtual Desktop &W365Operations; and Deployment knowledge on Azure Virtual DesktopHands on experience in implementing and supporting of AVD with DRGood skills on windows client and Server OS, Azure image Gallery. Creating and customization of imagesConfigure and deploy FSLOGIX and required infra in AVDUser profile management in AVDConfigure Optimization & Security features in AVDTroubleshooting AVD related issues and BAU supportGood understanding of Incident, Change, Problem Management process and provide the RCAs on P1 tickets.Effectively lead detailed technical discussions develop, and present required briefing Materials to ensure the customer's needs met.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in Citrix (CCA-V, CCP-V), VMware Horizon (VCP-DTM), or Microsoft AVD.Experience with cloud-based VDI environments (Azure, AWS WorkSpaces).Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), FSLogix, and profile management.Familiarity with automated patch management and endpoint security tools.Work Schedule & Support Coverage:24x7 Support Setting (Rotational Shift as required"How many years of experience do you have working with Citrix technologies?""Which Citrix products have you worked with?
