outcome-driven learning experiences.About the RoleWe are looking for a driven Business Development Intern (Sales) to support our B2B sales and corporate outreach efforts. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise sales, client engagement, and revenue strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential corporate clientsBuild and maintain a database of decision-makers (HR, Legal, Compliance, L&D; Heads)Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospectingFollow up on leads and assist in closing dealsPitch ET Masterclass workshops to corporate clientsCoordinate with clients on event details and registrationsUpdate CRM and track sales pipelineSupport revenue targets and reportingEligibility & SkillsPursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's (BBA, BCom, MBA, Marketing, Law, etc.)Strong communication and persuasion skillsInterest in sales, marketing, or business developmentBasic understanding of B2B sales processProficiency in MS Excel / Google SheetsProactive, target-oriented mindsetWhat You'll GainHands-on experience in B2B and enterprise salesExposure to corporate client interactions and negotiationLearning in sales strategy and pipeline managementCertificate & Letter of Recommendation (performance-based)Incentives on successful closuresPPO opportunity for top performers
