Role Overview
We are looking for proactive and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support team. The role
involves handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high-quality support
experience across communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and actions taken
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
- Provide product/service information and guide customers effectively
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback for process improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Voice or Non-Voice Process
- Strong communication skills
- Good problem-solving and conflict-handling ability
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
- Customer-centric mindset with positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
