We are looking for tech-savvy graduates capable of delivering high-quality support via chat while identifying opportunities to help customers scale their solutions through proactive upselling.Key ResponsibilitiesChat-Based Support: Resolve technical issues including DNS, cPanel, SSL certificates, and email configurations via live chat.Consultative Upselling: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate upgrades (e.G., VPS, Dedicated servers) or security add-ons to improve performance.Problem Resolution: Diagnose and fix technical errors with clear, step-by-step guidance.Target Achievement: Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT), response times, and monthly sales conversions.Job RequirementsQualification:
