Robust technical expertise in SQL/PostgreSQL and ASP.NET. Must be a Technical Consultant only Experience in Retail module of Yardi In-depth knowledge of Yardi standard tables, functions, stored procedures, and validations Ability to independently deliver development for new business requirements and enhancements. Experience with Yardi Elevate – Deal Manager and lease manager with Retail and commercial requirements Experience in business requirement gathering, preparing specifications, and proposing technical solutions.



Hands-on experience with Yardi data migration and related templates. Design and development of custom reports using Yardi reporting tools such as YSR and SQL Reports. Experience with Yardi email templates and notifications in Yardi Voyager and Yardi Elevate. Core product development experience for Bank Book, transaction screens, and related tables. Provide technical support to end users. Coordinate with Yardi support teams to resolve system issues. Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Experience in ETL configuration and data uploads. Expertise in debugging, performance profiling, and optimization. Integration experience with Yardi and Oracle (EBS/Fusion) as well as Salesforce.
