Our services include social media content creation (videos, reels, and posts), LinkedIn engagement and outreach, Google Ads management, and website design. We are looking for a skilled Project Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of all marketing projects by coordinating with our internal production team.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the primary client-facing contact for all Canadian mortgage agent clients, managing day-to- day communication, expectations, and deliverables.• Conduct onboarding calls, regular check-ins,



and strategy sessions with clients to understand their goals and translate them into actionable briefs for the team.• Coordinate with the internal creative and technical team (content creators, video editors, designers, ads specialists) to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard.• Manage project timelines, task assignments, and workflows across multiple client accounts simultaneously.• Oversee social media content production (short-form videos, reels, static posts) and ensure content aligns with each client’s brand and messaging.• Monitor and guide LinkedIn engagement campaigns, ensuring outreach is personalized and effective for each client’s target audience.• Collaborate with the Google Ads team to relay client goals, review campaign performance, and communicate results back to clients.• Coordinate website design projects from initial brief through launch, managing revisions and client feedback loops.•
