We're not looking for someone who has used AI tools.We're looking for someone who has built and trained them.About the roleWe're building a local, on-premise AI pipeline that takes AutoCAD/Revit 2D floor plans and produces photorealistic 3D renders - no cloud, no SaaS dependency, fully owned.This isn't a plug-and-play project. The person we hire needs to understand what's happening under the hood: model architecture, training dynamics, inference optimization, and how to adapt open-source research code to production pipelines.You'll be the technical lead on this engagement — recommending the right stack, owning the implementation, and handing off a documented, maintainable pipeline to our internal team.What you'll own- Evaluate and select the right model stack for floor plan segmentation (CubiCasa5k, SegFormer, custom fine-tuned variants)- Fine-tune or adapt diffusion-based 3D generation models (HouseCrafter, TRELLIS, Hunyuan3D) for architectural inputs- Build the end-to-end pipeline:



DWG/PDF parsing → semantic segmentation → 3D extrusion → ControlNet-based rendering- Optimize inference for local RTX-class GPU hardware (quantization, batching, CUDA tuning)- Deliver clean, documented code our dev team can extendWhat you must bring- 6–7 years in applied AI/ML — not just inference, actual model training and fine-tuning- Deep hands-on experience with PyTorch — custom training loops, loss functions, dataset pipelines- Robust computer vision background: segmentation, depth estimation, multi-view geometry- Experience with diffusion models at the architecture level (U-Net, attention, conditioning mechanisms)- Comfortable working with research-grade code from arXiv/GitHub and making it production-worthy- Experience running and optimizing models locally on NVIDIA CUDA hardware- Python fluency across the full ML stack: training, evaluation, deploymentStrong plus- Published work or open-source contributions in 3D generation, NeRF, Gaussian Splatting, or architectur
