Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for Directors and Principals located in Arakkonam. The role includes providing strategic leadership, managing academic and administrative operations, implementing policies, supervising staff, fostering a conducive learning environment, and ensuring the institution meets education and compliance standards. The position will require close collaboration with faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders to ensure the institution's goals are met effectively.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership and management skills to effectively oversee academic and operational teams




- Proven experience in curriculum development, policy implementation, and educational planning
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Compliance knowledge, with the ability to ensure adherence to educational standards and regulatory guidelines
- Experience working in a school or educational institution at a senior leadership level is preferred
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred)
- Strong skills in problem-solving, developmental planning, and fostering academic excellence
