Job Description – Account Operations & Financial Analyst (Excel & Account Management Focus)Job Title: Account Operations & Financial Analyst (SOW & Staffing) Location: India (Remote) Shift: IST Night Shift (US overlap – up to 4:00 AM IST) Experience: 3–6 Years Notice Period: 0–30 DaysRole OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Account Operations Specialist with solid Excel and financial analysis capabilities, who can manage operational workflows while supporting account performance and commercial tracking.This role blends operations execution + financial tracking + account coordination, making it ideal for candidates with experience in staffing, finance operations, MIS reporting, or account management support.Key Responsibilities1) Financial & Commercial Analysis (Core Focus)Build and maintain Excel-based financial trackers for revenue, billing, margins, and resource utilizationAnalyze SOW financials, including billing rates, cost vs revenue, and margin trackingTrack invoicing triggers, PO status, and revenue realizationGenerate weekly/monthly financial reports (MIS)



for account performanceIdentify risks such as revenue leakage, delays in billing, or renewal gaps2) Advanced Excel & Reporting (Critical Skill)Create and manage complex Excel dashboards using:Pivot TablesVLOOKUP/XLOOKUPConditional formattingData validationMaintain accurate, real-time trackers for:Staffing pipelineRenewals and contract timelinesFinancial performanceEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting automation wherever possible3) Account Operations & Management SupportSupport Account Managers with data-driven insights and reportingTrack account health metrics (open roles, closures, revenue, renewals)Prepare client-ready reports and summariesManage action trackers and ensure closure of key deliverablesAct as a single point of coordination across recruiters, finance, and account teams4) Staffing & SOW CoordinationTrack SOW lifecycle: creation, renewals, extensions, and closures
