Job Title: Dynamics 365 CE Product Lead | Field Service & Customer Service

YOE : 8 - 14 years

Location: Pan India

NP: Immediate to 45 days.

JD is below:

Driving product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Dynamics 365 CE, with a strong focus on Field Service and Customer Service. Experienced in translating business needs into secure, high‑performing CE solutions aligned to enterprise customer engagement strategies.

? Own CE product strategy, backlog, and roadmap

? Lead integrations across CE, F&O;, Dataverse, Dual Write & ISVs

? Champion Power Platform & Microsoft Fabric for automation and analytics

? Manage releases, CI/CD, DevOps & PPAC environments

? Partner with stakeholders, dealers, and vendors to drive adoption

? Strong in Agile delivery, testing (UAT/SIT), change management & training

? Passionate about improving service outcomes, dealer operations, and customer experience through contemporary Microsoft technologies, data, and AI.
