This is not a passive role. You’ll be at the core of how our people processes run—owning data, driving accuracy, and enabling decisions through insights.
What You’ll Own
HR Operations
•End-to-end onboarding & documentation (no hand-holding)
•HRMS ownership – clean, accurate, always updated
•Attendance, leave, and lifecycle management
•Resolving employee & stakeholder queries with speed and clarity
•Ensuring compliance and process discipline
MIS & Insights
•Daily / weekly/monthly HR dashboards
•Tracking hiring, attrition, headcount—with insights, not just numbers
•Identifying trends and flagging risks proactively
