Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and proactive sales qualified who can generate leads, engage with prospects on-ground, and convert opportunities into business. This role requires a strong field presence, relationship-building skills, and a consultative sales approach.

Job Qualifications

- 4–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Strong experience in field sales, direct sales, B2B or B2C sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with on-ground activities and frequent travel
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in education, training, or services industry is a plus
- High ownership, accountability, and a proactive mindset

Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and direct outreach
- Engage with local vendors and prospects through in office meetings
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions/services




- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
