Job Title: Centre Manager – Aligarh Centre Location: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh Employment Type: Full time Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the overall operations of the Aligarh Centre. Supervise all centre staff, including teachers, administrative, and WFM (Work From Home) teams, ensuring effective coordination and performance. Ensure all academic, administrative, and operational activities are executed smoothly and on schedule.

Implement and monitor processes to maintain high-quality standards and achieve centre targets. Handle student and staff concerns efficiently through the complaint management process. Assist in counselling and handle inquiry calls, especially during peak hours.

Execute all assigned tasks and directives from senior management, including the Manager and Director. Maintain a professional, disciplined, and positive work environment within the centre. Prepare regular reports on centre performance,



operations, and staff productivity.

Manager shall assist in student counselling and shall perform all assigned tasks and responsibilities diligently and on time.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree (MBA’s preferred) in Management. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in centre, branch, or operations management (preferably in the education sector). Robust leadership, team management, and communication skills.
