Yardi Consultant - Expertise in YSR or SSRS report development is MANDATE

Job Description:

- 7 years of experience in Yardi technical development, including YSR and SQL Reports.
- Strong technical expertise in SQL/PostgreSQL and ASP.NET.
- Must be a Technical Consultant only
- Experience in Retail module of Yardi
- In-depth knowledge of Yardi standard tables, functions, stored procedures, and validations
- Ability to independently deliver development for new business requirements and enhancements.
- Experience with Yardi Elevate – Deal Manager and lease manager with Retail and commercial requirements
- Experience in business requirement gathering, preparing specifications, and proposing technical solutions.




- Hands-on experience with Yardi data migration and related templates.
- Design and development of custom reports using Yardi reporting tools such as YSR and SQL Reports.
- Experience with Yardi email templates and notifications in Yardi Voyager and Yardi Elevate.
- Core product development experience for Bank Book, transaction screens, and related tables.
- Provide technical support to end users.
- Coordinate with Yardi support teams to resolve system issues.
- Robust ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in ETL configuration and data uploads.
- Expertise in debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.
- Integration experience with Yardi and Oracle (EBS/Fusion) as well as Salesforce.
