We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hospital Administration Faculty Member for a full-time, in-person (on-campus) position. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, conducting research, and actively contributing to academic and qualified service within the field of hospital and healthcare administration.

The faculty member will play a key role in preparing future healthcare leaders through classroom teaching, student mentoring, curriculum development, and collaboration with healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Instruction (On-Campus)
Deliver in-person lectures, seminars, and workshops in hospital administration and related subjects.
Prepare and update course syllabus, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
Use interactive and practical teaching methods such as case studies, simulations, and group discussions.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, presentations, and projects.
Curriculum Development
Contribute to the design and enhancement of healthcare management courses and programs.
Update course content to reflect current healthcare industry practices and research.
Research and Academic Contribution
Conduct scholarly research in hospital and healthcare management.




Student Support and Mentorship
Provide academic advising and career guidance.
Assist students in securing internships and practical training opportunities.
Institutional Service and Collaboration
Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and institutional activities.
Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare organizations to strengthen industry engagement.
Professional Development
Stay current with developments in healthcare administration.
Maintain relevant professional certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

Education
Master’s degree or higher in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a closely related field

Skills
Robust communication and classroom management skills.
Expertise in healthcare operations, finance, policy, and strategic management.
Strong commitment to student engagement and academic excellence

Experience
Prior college-level teaching experience preferred.
Significant qualified experience in hospital or healthcare administration is highly desirable.
