Key Responsibilities:
n
Provide Level 1 / Level 2 production support for applications deployed at customer sites
Monitor production systems and proactively identify, investigate, and resolve incidents
Perform root cause analysis and assist in permanent fix implementation for recurring issues
Execute shell scripts and SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and operational tasks
Support Oracle database-related activities, including basic performance checks and issue resolution
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and client teams for issue resolution and change deployments
Ensure timely resolution of incidents in line with SLA and operational commitments
Participate in change management, planned activities, and production releases
Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and status reports
Provide on-call and remote support and willingness to work in night shifts

Mandatory Skills:
n
Valuable knowledge of Unix/Linux
Shell scripting
Oracle database
Experience in handling production environments
Valuable debugging and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications
n
Bachelors in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) or equivalent
