We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff & Air Ticketing professionals. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling procedures - Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for all passengers - Handle inquiries and resolve any customer complaints or issues - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations - Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage and cargo - Communicate effectively with team members and other airport staff to ensure smooth operations - Process and issue tickets, boarding passes, and other travel documents - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and perform cash handling duties - Keep the airport terminal clean and tidy,



including restocking supplies and cleaning common areas - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously update knowledge of airline regulations and procedures - Handle any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems is preferred - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage - Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is an asset - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances - Must have a valid passport and be able to
