Role Overview

We are looking for proactive and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support team. The role

involves handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high-quality support

experience across communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and actions taken
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
Provide product/service information and guide customers effectively




Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs
Identify recurring issues and share feedback for process improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Voice or Non-Voice Process
Strong communication skills
Good problem-solving and conflict-handling ability
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Customer-centric mindset with positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
