Key Responsibilities

- Provide first aid and emergency medical care at accident or emergency sites
- Assess patient condition (pulse, breathing, consciousness, injuries)
- Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) such as CPR and oxygen support
- Stabilize patients before and during transportation to hospital
- Assist in safe patient transfer (stretcher, spine board, wheelchair)
- Maintain ambulance medical equipment and supplies
- Communicate patient condition to hospital doctors and nurses

Skills Required

- Knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to handle medical emergencies and trauma cases
- Good communication and quick decision-making
- Physical fitness for lifting and moving patients

Qualification (Common in India)

- EMT / Emergency Medical Technician Course (1 – 2 years)
- OR Paramedical diploma in Emergency & Trauma Care
- Training in CPR, First Aid, and BLS

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
