Job Title: Ironclad Administrator / Contract Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ironclad Administrator to manage and optimize our contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for the Ironclad platform, ensuring effective workflows, compliance, and seamless collaboration across Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Ironclad CLM platform, including user access, workflow configuration, templates, and dashboards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline contract creation, review, approval, and execution processes.
Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users to maximize adoption and adherence to best practices.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track contract metrics, compliance, and process efficiency.




Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the contract lifecycle.
Stay current on Ironclad product updates and industry best practices to ensure platform optimization.

Qualifications:

Required:
3+ years of experience administering Ironclad CLM or a similar contract management system.
Solid understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and workflow optimization.
Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, support, and influence cross-functional teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred:
Experience in Legal Operations, Procurement, or Contract Administration.
Familiarity with additional CLM tools (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Conga, ContractWorks).
Knowledge of process automation and integrations with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or NetSuite.
