About the Role:

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented professional to drive and expand our Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising business, based in Delhi. The role involves revenue generation, client acquisition, and strengthening market presence across key regions.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Drive OOH media sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Identify and onboard new clients, advertising agencies, and direct advertisers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business.




- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, creative) for seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and media deals effectively.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue projections.

Key Requirements: n

- Experience in OOH / Media Sales / Advertising industry.
- Strong network with agencies and direct clients in Delhi and North India.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile: n

- Prior experience in handling OOH inventory.
- Good understanding of outdoor advertising formats (hoardings, transit media, DOOH, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and drive regional growth.
