What you'll do

- n
- Financial management and reporting:Oversee daily accounting operations, manage accounts payable and receivable, and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial/MIS statements.

- Budgeting and forecasting:Develop and manage budgets, create financial forecasts, and implement financial plans to guide long-term and short-term objectives.
n
- Compliance and risk management:Ensure the company complies with all financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (e.g.,



GAAP, IFRS, GST). Assess and mitigate financial risks.

- Strategic guidance:Analyze financial data, market trends, and company performance to provide strategic advice to senior leadership for decision-making.

- Cost control:Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability without compromising long-term financial health.
n
- Team supervision:Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team, including accountants, and oversee staff matters.
n
- External relations:Liaise with external parties such as auditors, bankers, and solicitors.
n
- Robust understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.

- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP).
n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
