We are looking for a Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator to manage post-sale operations, including customer communication, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking.

This role is critical in ensuring a smooth customer experience from order confirmation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities Customer Support

- Handle customer queries via calls, email, and SMS
- Provide updates on order status, shipping, and delivery timelines
- Resolve customer concerns related to delays, damages, or delivery issues
- Maintain professional communication with US customers

Shipping & Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and freight companies
- Arrange shipping for engines and transmissions
- Share tracking details and delivery updates with customers
- Ensure proper documentation (BOL, invoices, etc.)

Order Management

- Track orders from dispatch to delivery
- Follow up on pending shipments and delays
- Coordinate for re-dispatch in case of issues
- Maintain records in CRM

Internal Coordination

- Work closely with sales team, sourcing team, and vendors




- Ensure accurate order details before dispatch
- Escalate urgent cases proactively

Requirements Mandatory:

- Minimum 2–3 years experience in customer support (US process preferred)
- Robust English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Experience handling calls + emails professionally
- Basic understanding of logistics/shipping processes
- Comfortable working in US shift

Preferred:

- Experience in auto parts industry (engines/transmissions)
- Familiarity with freight/logistics coordination
- Experience with CRM tools and tracking systems

Compensation

- Fixed Salary + Performance Bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- International voice process: 2 years (Required)
