Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS), employee benefits administration, and HR reporting. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide the HR team, ensure process accuracy, maintain compliance, and support organizational growth.

The HR Manager will ensure timely salary disbursement, statutory filings, payroll accuracy, and smooth HR operations while driving efficiency and compliance across all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning and strategic HR decisions
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Verify and reconcile payroll data for accuracy before final release
- Handle PF & ESIC registrations, returns, and statutory compliance
- Ensure timely deposit of PF, ESIC, TDS, and other statutory liabilities
- Prepare and submit quarterly and annual TDS returns
- Manage investment declarations, proof verification, and Form 16 issuance




- Administer employee reimbursements as per Income Tax regulations
- Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and statutory benefits
- Prepare monthly payroll MIS reports and management dashboards
- Standardize HR reports for better analysis and decision-making
- Maintain complete accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR records

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, with strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in PF & ESIC compliance, payroll processing, and statutory filings
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR team members effectively
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with high attention to accuracy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English
- People-oriented, result-driven mindset with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
