ABOUT THE ROLE-

Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is India's leading K-12 experiential Ed-tech company building industrial-grade STEAM labs and hands-on learning kits. Kinder Bay is an experiential learning program for kindergarten students developed by Aviotron Aerospace, focused on hands-on learning, creativity and foundational STEAM skills.

We are looking for an experienced early years educator who will train and mentor teachers in partner schools on Kinder Bay curriculum, activities, storytelling methods and kit usage, ensuring high-quality program delivery. This is a trainer and academic mentor role, does not involve regular classroom teaching.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

- Train teachers on Kinder Bay curriculum, activities and kits
- Conduct teacher workshops and demo classroom sessions
- Travel across the country for workshops and audits
- Ensure proper implementation of program in partner schools




- Observe classes and provide feedback to teachers
- Support improvement of curriculum and training content
- Build robust relationships with school coordinators

REQUIREMENTS-

- Minimum qualification - post graduation, 3+ years' experience in Kindergarten/Early Years teaching/Montessori
- Experience in teacher training preferred
- Strong communication (written + verbal) and training skills
- Understanding of activity-based/experiential learning
- Willingness to travel across the country
