Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with up to 2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with tax filings – GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Conduct variance analysis for budgets vs. actuals.
- Monitor and analyze general ledger accounts.
- Assist with internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely submission of data and resolution of audit queries.




- Help in preparing cost reports and profitability analysis (especially for CMA roles).
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for financial data collection and reporting.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

- Internship or article-ship experience in audit firms or corporate finance.
- Exposure to costing or management accounting (for CMA applicants).
