Reports To: Agency Owner / Director

Compensation: 60k - 70k(fixed)

About the Role:

We are a digital marketing agency specializing in marketing solutions for mortgage agents

across Canada. Our services include social media content creation (videos, reels, and posts),

engagement and outreach, Google Ads management, and website design. We are

looking for a skilled Project Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for our

clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of all marketing projects by

coordinating with our internal production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client-facing contact for all Canadian mortgage agent clients,

managing day-to-day communication, expectations, and deliverables.

• Conduct onboarding calls, regular check-ins, and strategy sessions with clients to

understand their goals and translate them into actionable briefs for the team.

• Coordinate with the internal creative and technical team (content creators, video editors,

designers, ads specialists) to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard.

• Manage project timelines, task assignments, and workflows across multiple client

accounts simultaneously.

• Oversee social media content production (short-form videos, reels, static posts) and

ensure content aligns with each client’s brand and messaging.

• Monitor and guide engagement campaigns, ensuring outreach is personalized

and effective for each client’s target audience.

• Collaborate with the Google Ads team to relay client goals, review campaign

performance, and communicate results back to clients.

• Coordinate website design projects from initial brief through launch, managing revisions

and client feedback loops.





• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows, improve content

quality, and increase team efficiency.

• Conduct ongoing research and development to continuously improve the quality of

agency services – including discovering better video production techniques, content

strategies, website design trends, and emerging tools – across both technical

performance and visual aesthetics.

• Own the monthly billing cycle: prepare, send, and follow up on client invoices to ensure

timely payment clearance each month.

• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and performance summaries to clients

and leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management or client-facing account

management within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.

• Minimum 2 years of international client experience – specifically with clients based in

Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Australia (experience with clients

outside these four countries will not be considered as qualifying international

experience).

• Proven ability to manage client relationships, handle feedback professionally, and drive

projects to completion.

• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation workflows,

outreach, Google Ads, and website design processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required AI & Technology Proficiency:

The ideal candidate must demonstrate working knowledge and hands-on experience with the

following tools and platforms:

• Figma – for design collaboration, reviewing mockups, and coordinating with designers.

• Make (formerly Integromat) – for building and managing automation workflows.

• Google Stitch / Google Analytics – for data integration, reporting, and performance

tracking.

• V0 by Vercel – for AI-assisted UI/UX generation and rapid prototyping.

• ChatGPT & Claude – for AI-powered content creation, copywriting, brainstorming, and

client communication drafts.

• AI video and simulation tools – experience with tools such as Runway, Pika, HeyGen, or

similar platforms for video generation and editing.

• General comfort with emerging AI tools and a proactive approach to adopting current

technologies to improve agency output.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or financial services marketing niche.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or

ClickUp.

• Basic understanding of SEO and paid media strategy.

• Knowledge of the Canadian mortgage industry landscape and regulatory environment.
