1 Turn and re-position bedridden patients alone or with assistance to prevent bedsores 2 Answer patients call signals 3 Feed patients who are unable to feed themselves 4 Observe patients conditions and inform to qualified nursing staff on a regular basis 5 Provide patient care by supplying and emptying bed pans applying dressings and supervising exercise routines 6 Help patients in walking exercising and moving in and out of bed 7 Bathe groom shave dress patients 8 Taking care of patient s oral hygiene 9 Collect specimens such as urine faces or sputum as instructed by Nurses 10 Keep the room clean hygienic and change linens regularly 11 Support patients to go to therapy sessions in wheelchair 12 Perform clerical duties 13 Inform Nurses to check the equipment s in the room time to time Responsible for ensuring that the equipment allocated are handled carefully and maintained in accordance with the standard operating guidelines 14 Protects the organization s value by keeping patient information confidential 15 Maintain proper discipline professional ethics and complete integrity in the performance of work Should able to take up any other task based on requirement based on patient condition Job Type Full-time Language English Preferred Work Location In person
