Work closely with the Hiring Manager and respective teams to determine the hiring demands and assist in preparation of JDs.
Complete ownership of scheduling & interview coordination process along with the responsibility of managing & sharing feedback, candidate management.
Achieve operational excellence with a drive to build robust Talent Analytics & publishing the weekly and monthly dashboard to the Management.
Continuously innovating the recruitment process, suggesting and implementing ways in which it can be improved
