Job Description

A people-oriented and results-driven individual to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and process for the Corporate Office, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and make the company India an Employer of Choice.

4) Principal Duties &

Responsibilities Finalize and execute the HR Strategy & Vision of the Company aligned with the business priorities

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital by establishment of a talent management framework (attract, retain, develop)

Ensure that appropriate HR systems, HR processes and HR advice are in place to enable continuous improvement and effective and optimal management of employees (Hire to Separation)

Issue HR & Administrative Policies and Procedures

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Alignment with Group HR (based in Singapore)

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Drive the transition of company from legacy HRMS application to a re-vamped HRMS which caters to the evolving strategic business needs

Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Integrate and standardize HR processes across the company (CO and BUs) and bring company's BU HRs under a unified approach

Drive the branding of company as An Employer of Choice

Manage CSR Initiatives for the company as a whole by seamless alignment and integration with the 3 Business Units

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Establish a Learning & Knowledge Sharing Hub - Platform for innovation which will enhance organizational productivity

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Develop and implement Employee Engagement programs to improve productivity, work quality and retention of employees.

General Administration of the Corporate Office

Preparation of presentations for management meetings

Assisting the Controller / Director Finance, HR & IT in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders and board members

Foster and nurture healthy relationships with the BUs to encourage an amicable and positive working environment

Drive innovative projects relating to automation, process-efficiency etc. and mentor the team in their monthly activity goals

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Manage, co-ordinate and drive Corporate Office events, Annual Corporate Office Day and other key events for the company

6) Mandatory Education &


Education: MBA (HR)

Experience: 7 - 10

Recent 3 years of experience should be of designation of Senior Manager or above

Minimum 5 years of Corporate Office working experience

Experience working with multinational companies and international colleagues

Proven experience in managing HR policies and procedures.

Prior experience of implementing HR Management System
