Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Job Qualifications :

Candidate should be M.B.A. (Marketing) with 3-5 years of hard core field sales experience.

Highly talented graduates with experience in Direct Sales & Retail Industry can also be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Should have experience of sales in Software Solutions, CRM, Cloud based solutions.

Should have experience of handling the sales cycle Prospecting & Lead generation, Follow-ups, Deal closures.

Build a strong data base of prospective customers.

Should be a self-motivated, hard worker, able to drive deals on his/ her own.

Should be target oriented with a go getter attitude and able to overcome the obstacles that come in the way - external or internal.

Should have own two wheeler and be prepared to work flexi-hours if needed.

Should have excellent communication skills.

Fluency in English is a must.
