such as:Employee Central (Core HR)Performance & GoalsRecruiting / OnboardingLearning Management System (LMS)Compensation & Succession PlanningCollaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and document requirementsTranslate business needs into functional designs and scalable cloud solutionsDesign and optimize Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes within a cloud-based HXM landscapeSupport testing cycles (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT) and resolve functional issuesWork on integrations with SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systemsCoordinate with technical/integration teams for APIs, middleware, and extensionsAssist with data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live supportQualificationsMinimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactorsStrong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire)Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation, rollout, or support projectAbility to work independently in a remote, global delivery environmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international stakeholdersPreferred SkillsExperience with Employee Central (EC) and at least one additional module (PMGM, Recruiting, LMS, etc.)E
