About the role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who obsesses over the details, advocates for the user, and can take a product from rough wireframe to polished experience. This is a full time remote role where your work will be seen and used by customers of some of the world's largest companies.
Compensation: 50 LPA fixed + ESOPs
What you'll do
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups across Fini's web platform
Translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive, visually engaging experiences
Run user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate quickly on designs
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs ship as intended
Maintain and evolve Fini's design system for consistency across the product
Balance aesthetic quality with usability and technical feasibility
What we're looking for
3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally at a Saa S or tech company
Robust proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD
A portfolio that demonstrates both visual design quality and user-centered thinking
Solid understanding of UX principles, user research, and interaction design
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to developers and non-designers
Basic frontend knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
Attention to detail that borders on obsessive
Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
