About the Role

This position is in the Account-Based Marketing group at Exotel. The Account-Based Marketing team works on GTM strategies across 7 countries helping large enterprises with their cloud telephony adoption. We work with organisations across multiple verticals such as eCommerce, Logistics, BFSI, Automobiles, Consumer Durables among many others.

This individual will be responsible for driving all aspects of account-based marketing and work closely with marketing colleagues, sales teams to deliver compelling campaigns, execute plans, and measure ROI.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for planning and executing customer acquisition campaigns in domestic and international markets (India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia)

Drive lead generation and nurturing activities to support sales goals

You will be conducting market research to develop a deep understanding of different industry verticals to help:

Design customized messaging based on industry trends

Identify and pitch new use-cases

Create impactful outreach within key profiles to generate leads

You will be working on creating clear, compelling campaign content that demonstrates deep knowledge and understanding of the business's solutions and markets.

You will track, maintain and analyse metrics to design and implement high-quality campaigns through better targeting, relevant content and personalised communication

You will be responsible for efficiently managing the entire lead life-cycle starting from a well-planned outreach to demonstrating product capabilities over a demo and smooth sales handover

You need to develop a deep understanding of our solutions to identify new areas where Exotel offerings can add value.

You will be responsible for planning participation in demand generation channels such as events, workshops and webinars

You will be working with sales to understand market insights and regions specific tasks such as setting up meetings or participation in an event.

What are we looking for?

We need individuals with a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing for enterprise software companies or similar experience marketing SaaS products

We look for excellent written and spoken communication (email content, prospecting calls, etc)

We need candidates with experience in marketing automation and lead nurturing processes

We look for individuals having a good understanding of customer business and ability to pitch appropriate solutions

We need individuals having strong persuasion skills for effective follow-up and conversion of leads

Good interpersonal skills to work, succeed and have fun in a highly competitive team

We prefer a candidate who is willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
