Should be good in database (SQL Server).
Good communicator with ability to express technical concepts clearly.
Good Command on MS Excel
Excellent learning power
Can understand client query.
Problem Solving, Technical and Analytical Skills.
Software Application Support.
Product configuration, Testing Bug Issues, Usability Testing.
The first point of contact for clients.
Troubleshoot issues or escalate them internally
Research, debug and solve clients issues
Work closely with Engineering teams to improve and grow the product offering
At least two years of experience as Technical Support or QA
Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company an advantage
Knowledge of providing support for android/ios based applications.
