We are looking for a Senior Analyst of Client Insights whos mission will be to plan, build, and run a new world class team on Client Insights. They will be focused on implementing and delivering outstanding client insights matched with our internal partners needs to drive success within our strategic client engagements to result in an increase in reputation, relationships & revenue for Atos.
On the position they will lead and run client insights for those strategic accounts across all Atos industries, as well as support ABM and DBM programs.
They will be responsible for designing, implementing & managing the approach/model that underpins key points of client insights to strategically support our internal partners.
The role will include engaging our CoEs (Center of Excellence) and Global Marketing ecosystem across all Atos industries. They will utilize and develop the framework and governance model to drive standard methodology and ensure quality & consistency for our client insight across the organization.
They will align with areas of opportunity through planning and implementation sessions across Global Marketing teams from all industries & rest of CoEs and build the industry account insight strategy & plan in cooperation with them.
They will support/share the strategy, education & delivery of client insights, working with the Insight CoE consultants embedding the best practice/experience gained.
They will develop and be supported by an ecosystem of internal and external expertise to make sure the team delivers the best insights. They will define & manage the MarkTech/analysts/agencies needed for the creation, delivery, and improvement of the teams client insights & KPIs.
Bachelor's degree is required
5 years marketing, market intelligence and/or research
3 years IT/technology industry experience
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Awareness of third-party premium Market Research providers
Knowledge of piers on other market intelligence/research tools, marketing digital tools, data analytics
Strong verbal and written skills (English language)
Solid experience in a similar position within the IT industry
Business and financial understanding
Good to have proficiency in industry-standard reporting and analytics
Strong focus on results and execution
Structured and organized person
Ability to assimilate information quickly from various sources and present in a succinct way
Experience in working and engaging with a range of partners including senior executives
Strong stakeholder management and influence, within business areas, providing thought and insight outside of normal remit
Project Management Skills
Strong in defining, planning, and managing timelines
Emotionally intelligent and able to encourage and lead others
Resilient, able to drive tough decisions and action
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
Strong Marketing background and understanding
