Position Purpose
To acquire, manage, and grow relationships with Affluent and Super Affluent clients by offering tailored investment solutions, driving Assets Under Management (AUM), and strengthening long-term client engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Portfolio Development
Leverage existing relationships to onboard Affluent & Super Affluent clients
Identify and acquire new clients within the target segment
Build a solid and sustainable client portfolio
2. Relationship Management
Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships
Drive AUM growth from existing clients
Enhance client engagement and wallet share
3. Investment Advisory
Provide guidance on investment opportunities and financial planning
Manage and review clients’ overall financial portfolios
4. Market Intelligence & Research
Track financial markets and emerging investment trends
Evaluate and recommend suitable products based on client needs
Coordinate with Product & Research teams (Centralized CFP Team)
5. Business Development Initiatives
Plan and support seminars, workshops, and client engagement activities
Contribute to business expansion and brand visibility

Eligibility Criteria
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or banking
Strong network of Affluent / HNI clients preferred
