MPP Engineers, LLC is seeking both Junior and Senior Structural Engineers for full-time / part time / freelance remote positions based in India. We are looking for highly motivated engineers with experience on U.S.-based projects who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of years of experience on US projects required.

Key Responsibilities

- Design simple 1–2 story residential and commercial buildings, including warehouses
- Develop and design steel connections in accordance with AISC standards
- Perform miscellaneous steel design, including stairs, railings, ladders, and related components
- Conduct structural analysis and prepare detailed engineering calculations
- Develop structural systems and ensure compliance with applicable U.S. codes and standards
- Create and review construction documents using CAD software
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and practical structural solutions
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients through written and verbal channels





Qualifications

- Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience on U.S.-based structural engineering projects (required)
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards
- Proficiency in structural analysis and engineering calculations
- Experience with AISC steel design and connections
- Experience with CAD software for design and drafting
- Ability to design low-rise structures and typical building systems efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
