The role offers exposure to India’s fastest-growing pharmaceutical, healthcare, and architecture ecosystem, as well as the opportunity to work with top brands, agencies, and innovators.About the RoleThe role involves driving advertising, sponsorship, and digital campaign sales across multiple channels.ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through sales of:Magazine ad space (print and digital editions)Online banner and native adsWebinar sponsorships and EDM campaignsEvent partnerships and logo visibility optionsIdentify recent clients and sectors within pharma, biotech, healthcare, and allied industries.Present customised media and branding solutions to clients and agencies.Client Servicing & Relationship BuildingBuild strong, long-term relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and media planners.Maintain a high level of client engagement,



ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Act as a single point of contact between the client and internal editorial/design teams.Sales Planning & ReportingMaintain updated client databases and sales pipelines.Prepare proposals, rate cards, and campaign performance reports.Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue opportunities.QualificationsExperience:Executive: 1–3 years in B2B / media / advertising salesSr. Executive: 3–6 years in media sales (preferably pharma / healthcare / manufacturing verticals)Education:Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Media, or Communication preferredRequired SkillsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong networking abilities and client relationship management skillsProficiency in MS Office and digital media tools (CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about the media industryPay range and compensation package
