Role Overview :

We are seeking a qualified Factory Medical Officer (FMO) to provide on-site and field-based occupational healthcare support for our client organizations. The role involves medical consultations, emergency care, compliance monitoring, and health education to ensure workforce well-being and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct OPD consultations and provide symptomatic treatment for employees.
- Deliver emergency medical first aid on-site, as required.
- Provide occupational health counseling and health talks for employees.
- Ensure compliance with statutory health requirements and assist in audits/documentation.




- Maintain accurate medical records and reports as per company and legal standards.
- Liaise with organizational stakeholders for health-related communications.
- Travel to client factory sites (field visits as per schedule).

Requirements : Experienced candidates will be preferred; however, freshers are also welcome to apply.

Skills :

- Effective communication and counseling abilities.
- Knowledge of occupational health practices and compliance.
- Ability to handle emergencies and first aid.

Other :

- Must be comfortable with field visits.
- Valid driving license preferred.
