About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Project Manager to join our team full time.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of client implementations, ensuring seamless onboarding and successful project execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality outcomes within defined timelines. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of technical understanding, stakeholder management, and process-driven execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You’ll Work On

- Client Implementations
- Drive end-to-end onboarding and deployment for new clients
- Integration & Configuration




- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth system integrations and setup
- Project Planning & Execution
- Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Process Optimization
- Continuously improve implementation processes for scalability and efficiency
- Reporting & Metrics
- Track project progress, share updates, and ensure alignment with success metrics

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple client implementations
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for integrations, configurations, and deployments
- Identify risks proactively and drive resolution of blockers
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
- Monitor project health, track KPIs, and share regular status updates
- Standardize processes to improve execution efficiency and scalability
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams for seamless onboarding experience

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, SaaS implementation, or enterprise software delivery




- Robust understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP)
- Solid technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Prior client-facing experience in a SaaS company
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have Skills

- Experience working with AI/ML-based SaaS products
- Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or data analysis
