About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations in Rudrapur. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property sales, team management, and client relationship building, with a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure seamless execution of sales processes from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
