Key Responsibilities

- Supervise installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of various cranes (tower cranes, mobile cranes, overhead cranes).
- Ensure all cranes comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor crane performance and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Lead and coordinate maintenance technicians and workers.
- Maintain service records, inspection logs, and maintenance reports.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and tools.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce workplace safety practices.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize operational downtime.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of crane systems (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical).




- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Understanding of safety regulations and standards.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Certification in crane maintenance or heavy equipment (added advantage).
- 3–5 years of experience in crane maintenance or heavy equipment supervision.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
